How do the XP85 shafts compare (do they have VSS like the Elevate 95(? Price is a concern butt looking forward to trying them out. When I buy again, my first look will be to Tommy Armour they are perfect for me and the price is right. First set of irons I purchased in 17 was a set of 845s Silver Scots. These are hard to beat for the money. I started at 14, with rental clubs (7 mixed clubs in an old bag) at a little 9-hole track with sand greens. Might have a hard time getting much for them unless you find a hard core TA aficionado looking to collect. At address, these have a slight hump in the top line that almost makes every iron set-up similar to a classic wedge or eight iron.
